Holiday Care
About the Holiday Care Program
Excursions and centre based programs are developed to meet the wide developmental and interest ranges of children who attend. Not all activities will suit all children. Please consider the appropriateness of each excursion for your child. It is not expected that all children would participate in all excursions.
Children attending for their first sessions during vacation care should not be booked on excursions without communication with our Service Coordinator.
Breakfast/morning tea and afternoon tea are included in our daily fee.
AUTUMN Holiday care is available:
Monday 7th April to Thursday 17th April.
Holiday care hours are from 6:00am to 6pm.
Please book in holiday care via your Xplor App. Excursions do not need to be booked and can be decided on the day of care, except where noted below.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE BOOKINGS BY THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL TO AID IN EFFECTIVE ROSTERING
BOOKINGS MADE OVERNIGHT DURING THE VACATION PERIOD RISK NOT BEING ACCEPTED IF WE CANNOT ENSURE SUFFICIENT EDUCATORS ARE AVAILABLE TO ABSORB ADDITIONAL BOOKINGS.

Holiday Care Booking Conditions
Bookings may be received at WSACC by email or via the Xplor App.
Any booking which is received is deemed to be confirmed upon receipt of the booking enquiry. There will be no further correspondence unless the booking cannot be confirmed. In the unlikely event of a booking being unable to be confirmed, WSACC staff will contact you.
Bookings from one holiday period to the next are not automatically transferred. Each holiday period requires a new booking for each child wishing to attend.
Holiday Care Cancellation Policy
A booking cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the care date will incur a half day care fee ($27.50).
A booking cancelled within 48 hours prior to the care date will incur the full day care fee of $55.00
Booking Fees (current as Term 2, 2024)
Bookings for holiday care received prior to the last Thursday of each school term will be charged our fee of $55 per day per child.
Bookings received after the last Thursday of each school term will be charged our standard daily fee of $65 per child per day.
Bookings are essential for all care. Care for a child without an accepted booking will be charged our casual day fee of $75 per day per child. Please call WSACC prior to attending to avoid this fee.
